THE HOOD vs CAR STEREO (WARS)
Tonight is the first night of our "tour" — if by tour you mean three consecutive shows in two different states — with the homey Car Stereo (Wars). Tonight we're at Sonotheque in Chicago, Friday we'll be at Boondocks in Houston, and Saturday at the Beauty Bar in Austin.
ALSO: Chicago Public Radio did a lil segment about the Hood on Eight-Forty Eight yesterday. AND, Rolling Stone mentioned Hood on their blog a few days ago. Next stop: print edition?

yes! i always hoped in my heart of hearts that you and car stereo (wars) would cross paths one day. if i wasn't on tour myself...i would be in the front row of all of these shows dancing like crazy whilst crying and cutting myself.
